History Happened Here Walking Tours
Many community members never see the areas of UMMC’s campus where extraordinary historical events have occurred. Over the course of many years, Dr. Ralph Didlake, former surgeon and current director of UMMC’s Center for Bioethics and Medical Humanities, developed an iconic historical tour of the facility. The Museum continues to offer tours led by Dr. Didlake but has also expanded tour frequency with new docents.
